Had a clinking clunking noise in front end when abrupt breaking or sharp bump in road. Only niggle in an otherwise flawless 2012 blue ( yes the fastest color, ha). Was exceptionally stable at 170/175. Couldn't possibly be head bearings. Read a thread somewhere here about "front wheel Hunting ." Guy had new tyres and well balanced. As a last resort I tightened the two lock nut (slightly over tight)NO MORE CLUNKING under any circumstances. None zero nada. However front end did "hunt". Don't remember if guy fixed his hunting but this over tight bearing may be why it hunts. Backed off nuts to an easy free swinging spot. Clunk no more.
So much for the "shop" checking front wheel ,grabbing legs and checking for loose bearings.ha.
Moo gator.
